PMI Prince William

Unfortunately, we just had an ambulance come after dark who had to backtrack because they initially couldn’t see our address. This is unacceptable, especially after having served my country and community as a veteran and policeman. Will the HOA please consider having all the address numbers painted on the curb so they are visible by 911 headlights? There’s a company that offers HOA jobs for half price ($15 each house) and their Google reviews include HOA jobs nearby in Farifax.

I have work with PMI Prince Williams for the past 4 years. Julie and Erin are just great to work with and for. They are super responsive and always answer my calls and emails (super fast) and you can tell they have a true passion and commitment for customer service and always being available for their customers. It's nice to work with a company that truly CARES about their customers and their vendors. The HOA's we manage that use PMI Prince William always say how great and "on top of things" they are. PMI Prince William is an excellent management company! I highly recommend this management company to Home Owners Associations who are looking for a fast turn around, efficient, and well qualified management company. A few years ago my HOA was looking for a management company to take care of our community. We ended up choosing PMI Prince William Management Company. I must say, as president of our HOA, I am so happy we chose this management company! Our property manger, Erin, has taken so much weight off us. Our HOA board members now have free time to focus on other things. Erin is so efficient! She follows up on every issue! Our budget and meetings are well organized. Since Erin has managed our property, not only has our budget increased tremendously, every penny is accounted for.
