PMI North GA Mountains

As an HOA and Property manager myself in the Atlanta area, I know how difficult managing properties can be. However, our stay was absolutely seamless from check-in to check-out, thanks to the incredible PMI North GA Mountains team. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the string lights, they responded immediately, making our stay that much more enjoyable. They’ve clearly provided excellent guidance to the property owners. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and baking, and the overall setup showed real care and attention to guest comfort. Absolutely beautiful and so very peaceful! This cabin has been completely renovated with all the amenities you could possibly want. The scenery from the back porch to the front porch is stunning along with plenty of wildlife. There are many great restaurants within a short drive, along with shopping and beautiful waterfalls. Great getaway for anyone looking for some beautiful scenery and much needed peace and quiet.

Our stay was wonderful. We even were given an extra night complimentary and they had Christmas music and a Christmas tree set up for my family when we arrived. The house is so beautiful & had a wonderful area for family time and games downstairs. The hot tub was also very enjoyable. We loved the big outdoor table and chairs. It made drinking coffee in the mornings with a view so nice and relaxing. The outdoor area is so nice as well and we enjoyed the gas fireplaces too. It was only 10 minutes to downtown blue ridge which was amazing. It was also an easy drive up to the house and is not super high up on the mountain which was also very convenient and made going to and from town so easy! The house does need a few more cooking dishes. However, they had the essentials but, we cooked in a lot

The house (Mountain Dream'n) was absolutely gorgeous, and the cleaning crew had this place spotless as well. It was right off of a paved road in a neighborhood that offered solitude. You knew you had neighbors, but you could not see any houses unless you were looking for them. The welcome gift was a nice, personal touch. We left an item, and within hours, we got news that it was found and would be shipped to us. Great home, great experience, and a great rental company!

We stayed at the "Higher Hopes" cabin and it was wonderful... well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and hands-down the most comfortable bedding I've ever experienced (a welcome surprise in a rental home). They even had a Christmas tree put up for guests to enjoy over the holidays. This management company clearly gave their owners good advice and- more importantly - they LISTENED! I used to own a weekly rental in OBX, so I'm aware that management companies can only do so much, and it's ultimately the owners decision what they implement... this one was excellent!!! Highly recommend PMI and especially the cabin Higher Hopes!!!
