Does not actually speak to the tenants. Got denied based on previous landlord who lied about lease. Says we can dispute our case, but then are told there is no dispute and automatically denied regardless of proof. Their “Principal Broker” Jordan Jones is rude and does not hear out disputes regardless of it being justified. Would not recommend applying. Charges $40 per person just to apply.
