I am writing under another email from the one I use for residential documentation. Like many others, PMI Davis Realty, and yes I have the right place, was also a bad experience with my complex when living there. Lived there for some time and when they took management, the quality of the place went downhill fast. Absolutely no communication, you have to chase them for every little thing be it a maintenance issue or a leasing matter. They tried to change my lease in the middle of my current one and add stipulations so I agree with the other person who stated one-sided lease issues. The complex had beautiful flowers before her lawn crew chopped them all up and now no butterflies or anything and it looks so barren. Kristen was an amazing professional and easy to get along with. She was on top of any issues that came up and provided constant communication with options to resolve the issues. I would recommend Kristen and her team for any of your property management needs. When the time was right for us to sell our property Kristen made it a smooth transition from renting our home to the final day we owned the property. I would never rent a property managed by this company nor have my property managed by this company, especially the property located at 4182 Eagle Landing Pkwy. The owners are shady and the property management does their bidding. Pay close attention to one- sided lease terms, forced monthly fee, forced enrollment in credit reporting, blatant lies before move in and upon move out, owner trying to sell the place with months left on lease and not taking great offers so that they can just keep inconveniencing you with showings, etc. I have always had great relationships with my landlords for years after leasing. No complaints.. never. Until this crew. No thanks. Never again.
