I’m a homeowner in Cielo Springs, and a member of our social committee. PMI Bluebonnet staff and Frankie in particular are wonderful to work with. I’ve needed some creative flyers to send to our neighbors about events. I can always count on her to put together the most professional and concise flyers for our association. If you’re looking for a full service HOA management company I can say from my personal experience they truly offer exceptional service.

My experience with the POA has been mixed. The community is generally well-maintained, and it’s clear there is an effort to preserve property values. However, communication regarding fees could be more detailed and proactive, especially to help avoid confusion. I did appreciate the time taken to make a personal call to address my concerns and provide clarification. Overall, the association seems committed to the neighborhood, though there is still room for improvement when it comes to transparency and communication.

Chris Navividad was so helpful today. She helped me navigate the site so I could pay my HOA. She was kind and patient which I really appreciate. I’m 75 and I’m not P.C. literate.

We really appreciate the help Mark and Frankie provided in resolving a financial issue left over from our previous management company. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to recover funds that were rightfully owed to our community. Their professionalism and persistence did not go unnoticed!
