PMC Property Group

PMC Property Group only gets 1 start due to the totally and completely subzero lack of not only Customer Service but general knowledge, caring and manners. The entire team from Jim to Tricia to Marion to the corporate office clearly do not know how to return a phone call. First issue was not believing all the bad reviews on line about the management staff. It started with the property 203 north 3rd street, upon move in date the keys that Jim said would be at the apartment were not there, several call to Jim who to this date of this posting were NEVER returned. Finally reached Marion who stated "well I don't know what your going to do". This is not an acceptable answer from someone in the service industry. PMC PROPERTY DOES NOT PROVIDE HEAT IN THEIR BUILDINGS. CONSISTENTLY BELOW 60 DEGREES FARENHEIT INDOORS THROUGHOIT THE ENTIRE WINTER AND THEY HAVE LIED AND SAID ITS UNFIXABLE MULTIPLE TIMES. SAVE MONEY AND LIVE ON THE STREETS BEFORE LIVING HERE.

I don't normally write a review but this by far has the most terriblemanagement. just terrible... I live in 2040 Market Street. I complained how the agent made a mistake and I pointed out. This Assistant Property Manager person started to make it sound like its all my fault. It's my fault that I didn't remember things. It's my fault that I didn't reach out 'several' times to get the copy of the contract. Lol. Do not sign lease with them. The reason why I give one star is because I can't write a review if I don't give at least one star. I'd given 0 star if I could.

PMC operates this building and to date they've been lack luster at best on repairs. 1.5 months to replace a dishwasher. "Repaired" clogged piping. I understand understaffing, but don't understaff while also be constructing a brand new building down the road. For now, I don't recommend this building or PMC. -current tenant

All I need is water, heat and electricity. Not hard but this company.... ugh. I understand that they're re-routing the water pipes in my building so they have to turn it off sometimes, which is fine. Just send us an email or post the times the water will be off so we can plan around it. Tried to shower 2 hours ago, water turned off as I had a full head of shampoo with no way to wash it out. Waited and dried off, trying to be patient, wrapped my head up. Just got back in after the water appeared to be on and the same thing happened again. Called PMC 10x no answer, tried multiple extensions, left messages, can't get a real person on the phone and by the time they answer my email it will be too late. Missing my friend's baby shower today because of PMC. Thanks guys. Today is a day I'll never
