PMC Property Group Inc

PMC is hands down one of the most backwards property management companies in the state. Multiple complaints and phone calls to them go unanswered. Our building at 210 Farmington had issues with random people inside of the building. A guy asked me for Change while I was working out at the gym. Multiple packages were stolen daily! And the hallways always smelled like dog pee. After I called them out on Yelp, they charged me multiple cleaning fees when I moved out.

I have to leave a review for Maria who helped me find an apartment and worked with me and made sure I was happy with the place. She was always very responsive and helpful. 🙌🏼

Unfortunately I an forced to give a 1 star rating. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in 56 years. They completely approved me for an apartment and 6 days of moving in they came up with one excuse after another for not letting me move in. And on top of that they attempted to keep my down payment which I had to sue for. This company should be forced out of the State of Connecticut

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY GROUP!!!! Please read.. I have not lived at this property 266 Pearl Street, Metropolitan Apartments and I happy that I dodged a bullet living here. After carefully reading others reviews and the property management I seriously have to count myself lucky from not going through hell with this property management. Alicia Andrews, property manager, is a terrible communicator. Metropolitan apartments were viewed in April 2024 and until just very recent in June 2024 it took 2 months to tell us that we were not going to get the apartment and needed to move out of our current in at the end of June. Alicia response was “income was unverifiable” I am unsure how our income was unverifiable and were able to rent a townhouse that was more expensive then the apartment that w

I would give you a 0 but that's not possible so I give you a 1. management is abysmal. no contact info anywhere for local property manager's office. the building is what you expect in hartford but the properly managers make it so much worse. these guys suck, dont live here.
