Disappointed I couldn't apply a 0 star rating. First off, Don't anticipate getting your deposit back. They protect landlords that blantantly are out to screw their tenants. The previous tenants that lived in our house were told the property was being sold and they had to move. The family ended up moving across the street. As soon as we moved in, we we're told the horror landlord stories by neighbors and the previous family that lived in our home. Basically, she kicked the family out to re-rent at a higher monthly price to us. (From $1100 to $1450) To scratch the surface of the scenario, they were charged for a screen porch that was NOT even there when we moved in! We were charged $1300 for a 6x6 area of laminate "hardwood" that our dining set sat on top of. Again, NOT real wood. The chair

Highly Recommend PM Real Estate in Wilmington! We have rented from them for two years now and Easter weekend we had a pipe burst. PM Real Estate answered our call and had a repair service at our house within hours to fix the problem. Needless to say, Easter dinner was a success. Amazing service quality and response time!

They showed us the property and asked us to fill out application without letting us know someone else already apply to this property too. Have to call them to find out that the property is already rented to someone else. Watse my time waiting for nothing. At least call your customer to let them know if they get accept or no So they know to look for other place.
