I seriously don't know what all these negative reviews are about. We lived here for a year and had our share of issues but everyone looking to live here should know this - the disgruntled people leaving 1 star reviews are likely uneducated section 8 people. Section 8 is not exclusively at certain locations, it's a voucher that can be used anywhere. Some people genuinely need it but others just abuse it so they can be lazy and trash the place. The section 8 folks that are just a huge nuisance are likely the ones leaving the negative reviews. Julie was nothing but fair and kind to us while we lived there. Sure the occasional cockroach made its way through but they treat all the apartments weekly. This is literally part of the lease agreement and is what your $6 a month goes to. I always saw

I rented here for about 2 years. Management is difficult to work with. Very strict. Especially for car stickers. They will not give you a replacement so you're screwed if you lose it. Also they send their workers to walk around the parking lot and check cars. So if you see a old Latino guy checking your car and license plate that's the guy ( managers husband ) who gets your car towed. Also they do little work in getting rid of roaches. Warning to those who wanna live here be ready to deal with roaches. Metal gates break every now and then. Pool rules basically only allow you to go in. Cannot invite guests or family. Just you. Also only 4 people allowed in the apartment. So if your family is 5 or more good luck. Most likely won't get approved. Also no dogs allowed. Or cats. But the apartme

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Awful – Stay Far Away From Plumtree Living If you’re looking for peace of mind, reliable utilities, and a safe place to live—look literally anywhere else. At Plumtree Living, the water gets shut off constantly, usually with little warning. The pipes are ancient and burst often, leading to floods that you end up paying for on your water bill. Don’t expect help—maintenance is hit-or-miss, and sometimes they just don’t come at all. The landscaping is a disaster. Sprinklers are completely misaligned—they water the tennis court (flooded and unusable half the time) and your front porch instead of the actual grass. Hope you like getting soaked on your way out the door. Yes, there’s a gym, but the hours are so random and limited it may as well not exist. Total waste of space.

I lived at Plum Tree apartments for 3 years and cannot say enough wonderful things. Everything at Plum Tree was so efficient and clean. Anytime I needed something repaired, the issue would be resolved immediately, the maintenance crew was very trustworthy and always had a smile on. In addition, the manager, Julie was always accessible, honest, and very responsive. You will be hard pressed to find a manager that cares so much about the building and its tenants. Julie made living at Plum Tree that much more enjoyable. If I did not have to move for a job, I would have never left. It is hard to find an apartment complex where management is so efficient and keeps everything clean, tidy and safe. Plum tree was my favorite place I’ve lived! I would recommend Plum Tree to anyone and everyone.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the leasing lady at this property, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've encountered. Her demeanor was consistently unfriendly, and she seemed genuinely irritated by any questions or requests. Each interaction felt like an uphill battle, with her dismissive comments and eye rolls leaving me feeling unwelcome. It’s clear that she has little regard for tenant concerns, and her negativity creates a toxic atmosphere. I would highly recommend finding another property where the management values their residents.
