Plum Creek Apartments

I've been here going on three years. Monica has always been very courteous and helpful. Yes I understand that this is apartment living. You have good neighbors and sometimes not so good. The way people behave is not management's fault. Monica and her staff are on point.

The manager “Monica” is very rude. When I ask her something she always gets snippy. She walks around with a vape but told my older cousin he couldn't vape. On the other hand Denise is very nice, but Monica is just so rude. It was always loud and smelled like marijuana. I told Monica and it never stopped it seemed to get worse. The outside of the apartment seems nice but once you actually start living there you’ll see and hear everything that goes on inside the whole complex. Don't get me wrong its nice but the apartment is very small

Maintenance is amazing!! Raul being Director of maintenance, moves His team, professionally and compassionately, Accomplishing A long lasting fix in a respectable manner and time.

My wife and I, along with our two young daughters, have lived at Plum Creek Apartments for over two years. When we first moved in, it was a quiet, clean, and family-friendly community — everything we were looking for. Sadly, things have changed for the worse. In the past year, a new wave of tenants has moved in, and the environment has become increasingly uncomfortable and, frankly, inappropriate for families. Our apartment frequently smells like marijuana, and even after multiple complaints, little to no real action has been taken. Loud music often blares from cars late at night, and people regularly gather outside to drink, smoke, and party with no regard for others. Mainly on weekends.
