Pleasanton Heights

I had a great tour at Pleasanton Heights. The apartment complex is well maintained and it was pleasantly quiet. They even have another property a couple blocks away (Pleasanton Glen) and I was able to tour it on the same day! The leasing agent was awesome and showed me around the property and was able to answer all my questions and even walked me through the entire application process. Highly recommend!

I have been part of this community for a while and I love being back close by where I have grown up at. I know I can also count on my apartment complex management to get things done and communicate with me. We love are new home!!

From the very beginning of my application process with Pleasanton Heights, I was met with warmth, clarity, and a true sense of urgency. Alma went above and beyond during our tour—calling ahead of time to confirm the address and ask if I needed anything. Her care and attentiveness really shined when she held space for the big life transition I was making, while clearly walking me through the next steps. Karen was equally wonderful. Even though Alma was my main point of contact, Karen was quick to provide insight and updates when I had questions about my submitted application. Since being approved and moving in, both Alma and Karen have continued to check in with me, making sure everything is going smoothly and offering their support. This was my first time going through the housing process

Moved in a few months ago and have loved living here! The front office gals are amazing, but what honestly really impresses me is the timely response to maintenance requests. I’ve submitted a request, without exaggeration, at 10pm on a Sunday and it’s been fixed next day. The technician is so sweet and friendly!

Alma was so nice. I really enjoyed my tour. The grounds were nice and clean the apartment is cute. Thank you ☺️
