Pleasant Valley Pointe Apartments

I’ve been living in my apartment for the past three years, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The building is well-maintained, and the management is responsive to any issues or concerns I’ve had. The neighborhood is great, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and modern amenities. The maintenance team is quick to respond whenever there’s an issue, and they always do a thorough job. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is the sense of community here. The neighbors are friendly, and the building feels safe and secure. The only downside might be occasional noise from nearby construction, but that’s beyond the control of the building.

My stay at Pleasant Valley Pointe Apt from 2023-2024 was just that "PLEASANT"!! The Unit was comfortable and the area is convenient to many stores and parks to walk your pets. Mrs. Lakesha Hinton the property manger is a very nice lady, who is very helpful and professional at all of our interactions. The unit that I had rented was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that is very spacious and the complex was quite peaceful. The few times that I did need maintenance, the work was completed immediately. I loved living at Pleasant Valley Pointe and if I did not have to relocate away from Little Rock, then I would have continued to live there. I believed the rent to be reasonable for such a nice area. I've never been so happy in a home! The office staff was unbelievably helpful in our moving in and with anything that we needed since then. The maintenance staff is so nice and knowledgeable. They've been on top of everything. The property is very quiet, the landscape is beautiful, my neighbors are nice and quiet. I couldn't ask for anything more. The floor plans are just unbelievable. This is the most beautiful apartment I've ever lived in!

My review post is for the great office staff member Lakesha that is always willing and ready to assist her residents no matter the issue. We recently suffered a loss in our family and the help/assistance Lakesha provided in transferring my mom to another unit to accommodate her new needs was phenomenal. Words can’t express our thanks to her and her welcoming spirit that my parents have experienced since they’ve been residents at Pleasant Valley Pointe. People like her make a difference.
