Pleasant Ridge Apartments

The maintenance and upkeep of these apartments is shoddy at best, massive service issues among the company, as well as deliberate, seemingly malicious random towing of cars when they can’t seem to stop filling their lots with random storage containers and heavy machinery that never does anything. Will never be staying here, and advise you not too either.

I moved in Feb, the apparent had a lousy make-ready done on it. The light fixtures were not clean. Panels were painted over the bathroom, and mold was present in them. The tub needs to be resurfaced up to today. I was threatened by a neighbor who told me he would kill me. He followed me to the office and proceeded to threaten me moreover the women in the office were very passive towards me. He told me that the woman in the office told him I was gay. I don’t know how they know that cause none of them know me. They're trying to make it seem like it’s my fault because I put a note on his car. After all, he was parked in my parking spot which is an issue that we have very badly and everyone puts letters on everyone's car if it's in their spot.

Office staff is great, they are overall courteous and are always helpful. Maintenance crew are top notch and able to handle any issues that may arise. I am very satisfied with the quality of service. My pups love it here too, especially the on hand treats the office keeps in stock for the fur residents.

LIved here for two years. We had to move out quickly and there was a bit of miscommunication, but they did the best they could to help us move out without extra charges. Much appreciated, and as long as the management in charge now is still in charge, I bet they will do what they can to help our the residents.

Ive enjoyed every minute living here. I recommend this apartment to anyone any chance I get. Maintenance always comes fast and is really friendly. VERY pet friendly here sometimes staff even brings their furry friends with them. The apartments are located in a very nice area, everything is pretty close.They always keep the complex clean and tidy whenever there is a situation they get it fixed as soon as possible.
