I have a great experience to self-tour the apartment units. After submitting a few basic questions online, the property manager send me a entry passcode and I can tour the unit and made decision my self. No additional solicitation and pressure. Really enjoyed this process.
The apartment is very roomy and the area is small and private. It's usually quiet that you get a separate balcony and most neighbors' polite.
Very nice on the inside. However the outside needs some upkeep
It is a gated community. Feels safe. Close to downtown
