Plaza Royale Apartments

We have loved renting our townhome the past three years! The property management and maintenance staff have always been very kind and helpful. They always take care of us if any issues arise. We keep renewing our lease because this has been the best renting experience we have had :)

Very good location. All of apartments near this location consider very good location very quiet and safe area including Concordia and Hawthorne Reserve

I've lived here for a little more than 4 years. It's a small complex, which means it's relatively quiet and parking is never an issue. Being a part of the Plaza Royale complex means easy walking to a 24 hour convenience store, Gator's Dockside, Moe's, the movie theater, and more. Management is friendly & easy to deal with, and maintenance is prompt. All in all a great place to live!

This apartment complex is very well located right next to a shopping plaza with very good restaurants and a movie theater they also are wired for Fiber Internet from GRU my only complain is that the units are very small.
