Plaza Management

We recently moved into 19 Rockwell and have had a great experience with Plaza Management so far. The transition was seamless, and the staff is so accommodating. Medina at reception is incredibly personable and made us feel at home right away. Albert, our Super, has been very attentive and helpful with everything we’ve needed during our first few weeks. It’s a great feeling to know you’re in such good hands!

Plaza Management has been so wonderful with not only my move in process, but with making sure I felt at home! Their team is top-notch and incredibly welcoming. The wonderful people who work at the concierge desk at my building have made living in NYC a delight!

I would love to leave a 5 star review for the best management and front desk and an amazing super at our building at One Nine Rockwell! Medina and Aida are so welcoming and warm when we get to the building! They are professional and very kind and makes my day at the building even greater . The super Albert is one of the best supers I ever worked with. Respectful, responsible and very knowledgeable! Thank you , team for such a great experience working with you.

I live in one of their new buildings and specifically want to mention Medina, Ahron and Aida. They are all quick to help and go above and beyond to make sure any problems get fixed. They've made our move significantly easier and are genuinely friendly people. I couldn't be happier knowing the building is in their hands.
