Update: The current leasing office staffs are very helpful Paula and John. Way better than the previous team. Maintenance team still 10/10 ------------------------------------------------------------------ Follow up The huge mirror in our restroom just fallen down and broke (see the pics) Again no apologize or explanations from the leasing office they act like there’s no danger and just told us the third party going to replace the mirror. (Again the maintenance was fast to come and clean it up) ——————————————————————— You will be charged $23 a month for Trash Service - door to door pickup, but you don’t always get your trash picked up even if you follow the trash policy. When you complain this problem to the office their manager will make it sounds like it’s all your fault and not being he

I’ve had an excellent experience with the property staff Mitzy at Plaza at Westchase. From the moment I moved in, they’ve been friendly, professional, and consistently responsive to any questions. The leasing office team is always welcoming and helpful, making communication easy and efficient. The entire team goes above and beyond to maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents. It’s clear they care about the community and take pride in their roles. Going on four years now, and I always feel at home here. Recently we have been told that renovations are coming to the gym, with a package locker being added. Thank you to Mr. Johnny who moved me in! He continues to be very informative and helpful. The entire team is excellent!

I recently moved into Plaza at Westchase Apartments, and I absolutely love it here! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and videos—no surprises, just as promised. The amenities are great, and the location is super convenient—close to grocery stores and restaurants. The management team has been amazing, and I truly appreciate Mitzy for being so helpful and supportive throughout the leasing process. It’s been a smooth and pleasant experience all around!

I’ve never done reviews but I just had to after dealing with Mitzy! She is LITERALLY THE BEST. Like I can’t say enough, I don’t have the words to say. She really wants to help you and tend to your needs as best as she can. She always went out of her way with me and gave the best prices. She is really kind and will definitely help you out!!!
