My husband and I lived at The Plaza at Sherman Oaks for 2 years and 2 months, and I’m truly happy we chose this community. Our experience was outstanding. The staff is some of the most responsive I’ve ever encountered — any maintenance requests were handled within 2–3 hours. The grounds were always clean and well-maintained. It’s a very quiet and safe environment, and we always felt at ease living here. The amenities are fantastic: a pool, two jacuzzis, a movie theater, billiards, ping pong, private conference rooms, a tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, a dog park, and so much more. There were no hidden or extra fees — everything was transparent and straightforward. A few downsides: 1. Rent is on the expensive side. We paid between $2,200 and $2,400 for a studio, plus elect

I truly do believe that Victoria goes above and beyond to treat her tenants with respect and professionalism she is an amazing person.She is diligent in her work and cares enough about the people and property to make sure it is a peaceful and beautiful place to call home. Truly a great place to live! Attentive staff, very friendly , Maintainence is also very sweet & helpful. The grounds are really kept well which I can truly appreciate . Definitely makes the pricing worth it to me in my opinion . Nice , up to date & well kept amenities (which I think is what sold me as an artist ) . The only thing I wish could be done is more security in the actual hallways of the residences . Reason being , I never had an issue with it until recently , but a package of mine was stolen :(. While this place has an amazing mailroom & secured Amazon lockers , some of the mail carriers do not know to actually deliver TO the mailroom & instead deliver to your doorstep. Move-In Experience: From my very first call to the moment I got my keys, Fio was absolutely amazing. She answered every question I had, provided all the details I needed, and made the entire process smooth. I even decided to upgrade my apartment before signing, and she handled the changes with zero issues. The whole move-in experience set a great tone for what was to come. It’s less than a month that I moved in, and I am loving everything so far! Especially the on site management and staff have been super friendly and responsive to any of my questions and concerns and were able to resolve or clarify any of my issues in a very prompt and professional manner. Though it’s the entire team, I’ve been bugging Cameron and Valerie a little bit more than others so a big shout out to them! The amenities are awesome and maintained nicely which is definitely a plus living here. It’s a little inconvenient that there is no guest parking for visitors but then that I think makes the parking lot area more secure. I feel safe living here, and the neighbors are all very welcoming and friendly.
