First time home buyer and I had the pleasure of having Tina M as my realtor. In a span of two weeks we looked at 6-9 houses. Didn’t like any of them. I would text her out of the blue letting her know I’m interested at looking at a house, she would respond almost immediately and have us a time slot to look at the house that same evening. After a recent purchase I was working with a real estate agent named oleta who works at plaza astle realty here in hutch and she was working on behalf of the seller. After receiving the keys to my house I noticed her body fluids mixed with some sort of petroleum throughout the house. This includes but not limited to the carpet, hallway cabinetry, kitchen cabinets and countertop. The cost to repair the damage will be tens of thousands, civil litigation pending...
