Plaza Apartments

Horrible apartments to live in definitely do not suggest anyone to live there. The women in the office is beyond rude, sarcastic, and very disrespectful. I always found giant roachs inside. Kitchen sink and bathroom sink and worst of all bathroom tub smelled horrible and would never drain, we had to plunger it. The shower would never have hot water, the stove nob would break off, the dish washer would fall out. Closet doors would break off. We had to fix these things our selves because we would put in work orders and one would ever come to fix it. Before we moved out we cleaned that place spotless they seemed to think it took two and a half days ro clean it and nothing was broken they charged me the full deposit of 500 dollars qnd sent me a bill for 65 more dollars. Definitely don't recomm

Everything you have heard is true. I just moved in a few weeks ago and cannot tell you how many problems there have been, including two leaks in my bathroom. The noise is bad. Luckily our neighbors are fairly quiet, but I can still hear them having conversations in quiet voices. Plane noise is horrific; I can't hold phone conversations in the living room. The management will lie to your face, saying they have called you multiple times when you have received no calls. Move in if you want to know what hell is like.

i was reading all the reviews. and yes at the time that they were written the reviews were true. but thank God that the apartment have been bought by a new owner and they have a great new manager. she is always available. and the workmenship that they are doing to update these once very sad apartments is to be recognized as a cut above! i would gladly send a friend here to rent the newly remodel places. and again the new manager is doing a fabulous job at putting this once sad place into order and making it a desireable place to live.
