I lived here for 6years and the place was finen until T&C management took over. This company is about as crooked as they come! Raised my rent almost doubled and didnt do a dang thing to imporve my unit! The place had cockroaches and Faith Tolino (the manager) really didnt care that there was homeless people camped out on property!. My car was beoken into and they rented to people that sold those Blues fentanyl pills. The place is unsafe and it was regular to hear gunshots closeby nightly. The place was unsafe and Faith only cared about the rent being paid! Careful with T&C they tried to charge me for blinds thqat I bought and for damages that were never fixed! Always something illegal going on in the parking lot. Being there's an echo in the middle of the apartments, tenants are obvious and so not discreet infact they're very loud about the sales going on here. Zombies bent over in the parking lot waiting in line for the "Blue lite special" . people coming & going all hours. It's scary.. Out of control people breaking into cars all night. And management decides its OK to leave the sewage in the parking lot every now n again. Imagine T&C management Co. The monopolizing ones. T&C owns alot of apartments and have been around a long time so it's not like they don't know just how wrong it is. It's more like they could care less one way or another. The management never answers, they rarely do repairs when asked. T or C was horrible at managing when I was there, the last landlord was considerably better. My time there was very frustrating and they don't deserve a five star rating.

Enjoyed living here, management was fairly responsive. Utilities were included in rent which was a huge plus.

I love the managers and the people here. The newly renovated apartment is perfect for me.
