Platinum Oaks has been a great place to live! Maintenance and Office Staff are super friendly!
Absolutely awful in terms of property quality and management. I was owed $520 in a refund of overpaid rent plus a security deposit when I moved out. They never pay me this amount and instead 2 years later they send me to a collections agency and make a remark on my credit for saying I owe them $520. Now I'll have to spend a month getting this corrected by the credit bureaus all because the management was so inept they didn't bother doing any due diligence to see what my actual account balance was.
Management is AWFUL! NOTHING GETS FIXED! Leaks, no ac, no heat, rotted wood, kids leaving stolen grocery carts, trash everywhere. Both properties are ran down
I love the way Selena works with me on any given problems I have due to I have a sick husband I’ve got to see about. Thank You 🙏🏽
No air since I moved in on the 15th leaks not fixed since I moved in !!!
