Don’t move into any place from this company! They are rude, each and every one of them. My family has been without hot water for over two weeks and they don’t care. They don’t answer their phones, they don’t call you back, they LIE! I’ve had the lady from extension 3 hang up in my face because she simply doesn’t want to deal with any issues. Mind you they reach out to me to rent with them! I have never experienced such disrespect. My children have missed 2 weeks of school because they can’t bathe in a place I pay rent. These people speak unprofessionally with attitudes as if you owe them something. I regret ever renting with this company. I am a current tenant of Centurion Management Services and have been subjected to harassment, retaliation, threats, and financial coercion by their representative, Sam Culotta.
