Professional, prompt and happy to answer any questions, Mark took the time to explain FL building codes and what changes were made post hurricane Andrew which helped ease any concerns I had, as well as what possible insurance discounts the home qualifies for based on its construction.Their reporting is through and includes pictures and descriptions of any issues they found throughout the course of their inspection. Tina is a born and raised Neapolitan who knows the area and can answer whatever questions you have. Mark and Tina did a thorough job inspecting our (purchased) home inside and out. The home was 5 years old and so thankfully there were no major issues discovered. Use of a drone to inspect the roof tiles was effective finding a few loose tiles to be fixed. No indication of water or mold in the attic. They were prompt (same day) with their inspection reports with pictures and helpful answering my questions.
