Jenn & Natasha! Thank you guys so much for making my out state move comfortable & always going out of your way to assist! Platinum Castle Hills Staff overall are family oriented and so far have stayed on top of my needs as I transition! Maintenance is also very friendly so far!

The moment I stepped into the leasing office, I wanted to live here at PCH and am now going on my 2nd year here. Jennifer, Natasha, and Kayla provide exceptional service, display open personalities while remaining professional and business-like. After seeing the 1-bedroom apartment, I immediately signed the lease and my unit was spotless at move-in time. Maintenance or any issues have been resolved quickly, and they contact you if there is anything wrong. You will see them driving around the property, ensuring things are in order or speaking to tenants on a personal level. Cannot say enough about how well I have been treated, even acknowledging my military service! Everyone here is polite with urgency. The property is beautiful, lately they have been doing new updates. Service team is great and quick. Leasing team is quick to respond

I have been staying here for 6 months now, no complaints so far. Maintenance requests are quickly getting fulfilled. Leasing agents are helpful too. Quite place with no noise or nuisance. Parking spots are adequate. The most important aspect of Safety; one feels secure while walking in the community

Natasha sounds like a sweetheart. Manager on the other end sounds like she has her hands tight when she should have authority to request certain things. They want to implement towing when portal does not give residents access to manage vehicle info and have a request pending on their end for 2 weeks then go and tow. That’s poor business management. Emails have also been ignored prior regarding other stuff. There’s better communities in the area. As someone who’s in the industry details as such are very important if you want to have a good resident retention.
