Cameron and Mason are exceptional! From the first interaction, Cameron delivered a seamless, polished experience, professional, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. They were especially helpful in quickly getting us the codes to retrieve our packages, turning what could’ve been a hassle into something effortless. Platform 4611 is a beautiful building and SUPER close to the Wilson red line without the noise of the train which makes it easy to get anywhere around town. The neighborhood has some of the best eateries and you have great coffee, grocery store and gym options if you need an extra push (like Bodi Shak). I’ve had a great experience living at 4611 Platform. The community is always extremely clean, well-maintained, and smells fresh every day. The building offers consistent security, which makes you feel safe and comfortable at all times. The management office is truly amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. They’re a wonderful team that genuinely cares about the residents. Cameron, the manager, is very friendly and makes every process seamless and stress-free. Mason, the assistant manager, is incredibly professional, helpful, and always working hard to ensure resident satisfaction. I highly recommend living at The Platform. I can’t say enough good things about Mason and Cameron. They have both been incredibly helpful and patient, always going above and beyond to support me throughout my time at Platform. From moving in to moving out, they made the entire transition seamless, easy, and welcoming. Their communication is excellent, and they truly care about making residents feel seen and supported. With Mason and Cameron leading the management team, Platform is not just a great place to live, it’s a place where you feel safe and valued. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done my entire stay here.

Platform is a beautiful place to live! Management has also been super easy to deal with, Mason in particular. From the tour to answering any questions I’ve had since, he’s been so patient and kind.

My husband and I just toured Platform 4611 a few days ago and we had a great experience with Mason in the management office. He was very accommodating in person on our tour but also spent a long time on the phone beforehand with me explaining details about the building, security, maintenance, mailroom, the neighborhood etc. and he was wonderful with answering my many questions.
