Plateau 176 Apartments

I had a wonderful experience with Kerissa and Melanie. They are both so friendly and welcoming and genuinely care about the community. They really make you feel like family. During our tour with Kerissa, she showed us around the property which is beautiful, clean and quiet and just what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions and provided us with so much information. Not to mention the view is just beautiful. She made our application process so easy and continued to answer all of our questions along the way. I highly recommend Plateau176 ❤️

I've enjoyed living here and am sad to go. We moved in May of 2022 when everything was still coming together and in that time I have had no complaints. Melanie is an exceptional property manager and someone my family and I will miss! Always on top of it all. Great attitude and even better personality, Plateau residents are blessed to have her. Apart from the nice homes, community vibe, and proximity to many things I have to say that the staff here is what made this place feel like home and my favorite part of Plateau. Wouldn't be the same without them 🤍I absolutely recommend this community to anyone relocating to the area!

Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new, modern, quiet apartment. Melanie and the staff all communicate extremely well, and help with everything from accomodations to getting things fixed quick. The apartments themselves are beautiful and many of the units have some great views.

As first time renter moving into the community, I felt a warm welcome and was immediately reassured and safe. Melanie and her staff are great! Maintenance requests were always addressed promptly. The community areas such as the park, gym, the trash compactor& recycling bins and the green spaces are always well maintained. I’m truly enjoying my stay.I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment, complete with great amenities, spacious rooms and a quite/safe community.

The property management here is incredible! they are professional, courteous, flexible, and above all else they treat me with respect and dignity. Kerrissa and Melanie are both so wonderful to work with and make me feel valued as a tenant which is refreshing in an industry where renters and staff often find each other in conflict instead of a mutually beneficial relationship.
