The experience was great but the title was a bit misleading. They helped me with an amazing mortgage for my home, but I expected to be able to be lent a planet. I had my eyes on Jupiter for a while but it didn't seem to be available as I didn't see it on the wall. All jokes aside, incredible atmosphere, incredible customer service and the process was quick and easy! Highly recommend.

Sam did a great job of communicating with us and explaining everything that I asked about. As a first time home buyer I had A LOT of questions and he answered all of them with patience and kindness. I will be recommending Sam with planet home lending to anyone who asks.

The Wichita team is outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and all take the customer service aspect of their job seriously. Michelle always has a plan A, B, and even C. If it can be done she will know exactly the steps to take to get it done. Michelle is amazing at educating first time homebuyers and I think that is so important in our fast changing market.
