I chose Platinum Mortgage based off of my employers recommendation. My employer offered a down assistance program. They worked with us mainly remotely as my husband & I both work full time. We spoke various times over the phone with Elliot & Gene & had a great experience. They were very patient with us & answered any questions we had promptly.
