Worst Broker in town. SELLERS BE AWARE!!!. They'll put you in legal binding and will play very dirty games with you. They CANT HELP YOU. Please find other brokers or even try better online broker site. I had worst experience selling my Gas Station. Very unprofessional and NEVER EVER deal with them.
One of the most unprofessional brokerages I have encountered in my 17 years of business. It's a sham and a shame. I would give more details but that would be stooping low of me. Just a warning for anyone who do not want to waste their time. I would choose zero stars but the system would not allow me to post without a rating of at least 1 star.
