Place Property Management

In 2021 PPM was hired to manage one of my property in Minneapolis area. I have read multiple negative reviews about the company years ago but I believe a lot has changed since then. Yes Aaroosh might not be quick to respond at times but he has a great team. Kudos to Donna and Tyler. They facilitate the communication and are very responsive. I will recommend PPM if you need help with your rental property. They do deliver!

I am a current tenant at a home managed by Place Property Management. My experience has been wonderful. Tyler and Donna are quick to resolve any needed repairs that come up and are just all around lovely to work with. I am very happy here and have zero complaints.

I don't leave glowing reviews often, but I feel the need to leave one for Place Property Management. We were looking for an investment property in a few different cities across multiple states, and after interviewing multiple PM companies and realtors, landed on Minneapolis with Place Property Management. Our reason for going this direction was for three main reasons. 1) They were an investment/realty company as well as being a property management company - so we trusted that they knew the market very well 2) Extremely responsive, by text almost immediately and by phone when needed. I recently purchased a town-home in Plymouth and then had to move to a different state for work. I didn't want to sell because I didn't have much equity and would have lost a ton of money. I reached out to Place Property Management and they took care of finding me a great renter for three years. I'm glad I went with a smaller company that was responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend them if you need property management in the Minneapolis area.

So here is my story. I’m an Investor from California that had some family ties in Minneapolis. Everything in the California market was insanely expensive and didn’t make sense for me to purchase property there. I decided to explore investing out of state and saw great numbers in Minneapolis. As an out of state investor I knew partnering with a knowledgeable property manager is essential. Place Property Management was able to locate and help me purchase my first investment property in Minneapolis and also helped me renovate and rent it out. The property is cash flowing nicely and we have great tenants. Property Management is tricky, I’m glad PPM gets it right.
