This is the best place you can move to this company is amazing. They get the work orders done soon as possible, They do what they can do and try to give people the benefit of the doubt with being in between the job. I was short on my rent and Ginger has worked with me through it all she’s an amazing person And everyone here is amazing, but I personally only worked with ginger and she has been helpful responsive just an amazing person. Very hard to find people like that in this world now.

I’m a New tenant I just got here and my rent was so-called prorated. I’ve been going through hell with this man ever since.. I’m a tenant at A place management property. One of the worst things that you can do to me is constantly ask me for money why is this place doing this? The manager named Jonathan sent me an itemized bills. My rent is 850 a month but when he send my monthly bill to me, it’s $934.99 why I asked him the reason why my monthly bill is so expensive that’s not what I signed for on my lease. Maybe someone can help me with this like the owner cause as a manager Jonathan doesn’t call you. He doesn’t tell you anything about what’s going on. there’s a lot of more things to talk about what’s going on here, But let’s see as the The one woman said if the owners are real people.

I wanted to give a more accurate rating since all the ones I’ve seen before I started renting from this company are older and in my opinion not truthful. My family of 4 (2 young kids, dad and I) moved in /4/5/24 into a 2 bedroom apartment. We’ve had 3 maintenance requests as well as had to contact property managers for a few different things within the first month of us renting. They’ve been very responsive take no more than 24 hours to get back to me(normally within 10hours), have came to look and fix every request we’ve had. Even in the beginning they were very helpful and supportive from the moment we turned in our application. So hopefully my review will help those who look and decide to go else where based on the reviews. I’m very happy my family and I chose this company to rent from.

Please do not rent through this company due to unsafe practices and unfair conditions. I was warned by a few people not to rent through this company, as it was recently taken over by a new company with x2 the complaints, but unfortunately due to hardship circumstances I decided to rent a 2 bedroom duplex through Place Property Management for my young daughter and I. Immediately upon move in, I noted some things that concerned me. Such as every single window in the house being unlocked, all of the heat vents pointing up towards the ceiling, there appeared to be a soft spot near the sink from previous water damage, already chipping peel and stick anywhere you could get away with, and a spot that still hadn’t been swept with a couple of garbage items. After my first couple of weeks living the

Moved in around the first of the month. I was told the apartment would be cleaned and ready to move in. It was nasty. They gave me a cleaning credit which didn’t even cover the cleaning products. They have very poor communication once you sign the lease. The neighbors smoke in their apartment which comes into mine. Definitely already regretting this.
