The staff were very helpful on move in day, they secured the freight elevator to accommodate just us until we were finished. They also helped to streamline the leasing and offered a deal on 14 month move in special. Which I would recommend if you are in the market for a new construction,move in ready. Great location just 1 min from the turnpike a d less than 5 minutes from I-95.

I recently toured this apartment as a potential option, and I was very impressed. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The layout felt spacious and functional, with good natural light and modern finishes. Juan, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the entire tour feel comfortable and welcoming. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made a great impression.

We have lived at Pixl for approximately six months. While there are some positives, our overall experience has been disappointing, particularly in terms of cleanliness, responsiveness, and ongoing maintenance. Cleanliness: At move-in, we were informed that common areas would be cleaned on a weekly basis. Based on what we have personally observed, this does not appear to be consistently happening, especially with external hallways. We have seen trash marks in hallways, insects on walls, pet urine in elevators, and dead cockroaches remaining in common areas for extended periods of time. Maintenance and safety observations: The posted elevator inspection notice shows a last inspection date of October 24, 2024, with an expiration date of August 1, 2025. I can’t get enough of our new apartment with its soaring ceilings and beautiful view. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the management truly goes the extra mile. Our manager, Suzy, is incredibly kind and welcoming — she made sure our move-in was smooth and enjoyable, and left us with no questions afterward. It’s been a week since I moved in, and every single day I’m grateful I made this choice.

We’ve had a great experience living at Pixil Apartments. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and feels very safe and welcoming. Ruby was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and always available to answer questions or help with anything we needed. She made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. We’re so grateful for her help and highly recommend Pixil to anyone looking for a place to live
