Pivot Lending Group

Do not recommend. Our builder required that we use Pivot. I’ve bought 6 homes and have never had such a miserable experience. The communication was terrible. We closed a month ago and got notice in the mail today that our homeowners insurance wasn’t paid. Extremely frustrating experience.

Liane at Pivot was a wonderful resource for us in navigating the purchase of our new home. she provided weekly updates on interest rates, showed up in person at our closing, answered all questions promptly, and went above and beyond for us! I would recommend her to anyone.

I would like to thank Brett Shields, our loan Officer with Pivot Lending Group. He has closed two loans for us in the last year. He is amazing to work with. He is so calm and patient and does not mind answering as many questions as I had. He was always polite and available whenever I needed him. He is very knowledgeable and he helped me to find the best loan and terms for our financial needs and goals. I would highly recommend working with Brett.

I would highly recommend Tyler Stewart at Pivot Lending!! He made the process from start to finish very easy and stress free. He was not at ALL pushy like many lenders we talked to when shopping around, but answered all of our many questions quickly and efficiently whenever we called or emailed. Refinancing can be a process for sure, but Tyler kept us updated along the way, made sure we clearly understood what need needed to get to them so we could do it quickly and keep things moving. Great experience!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Pivot Lending Group. They are a group with a great wealth of knowledge about the mortgage as well as the financial space in general. They are very responsive and thorough in their approach and show excellent communication skills. The team works really well in tandem and are excellent at covering/collaborating with each other. During the course of our refinance we worked with a total of three folks and each person displayed great professionalism and always had a handle on the case file. I was very satisfied and will definitely work again with them and also will be recommending them to friends and family.
