We've been renting an apartment for over a year now. If something breaks at home, maintenance comes very quickly. The apartment was given to us in good condition. First line by the ocean. We are happy with everything!
Where do i start RUN!!!!!!RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN I HAVE PICTURES ON HOW CLEAN I LEFT THE APARTMENT WITH NO DAMAGES NEW PROPERTY MANAGER (WHO DIDN'T EVEN RENT THE APARTMENT TO ME IS MAKING UP FEE AND REFUSING TO SHOW EVIDENCE AND LIKE IBSAID I HAVE PROOF, BITH VIDEO AND PICTURES AND I SENT THEM TO HER AS WELL AGAIN I HAVE PROOF!!!! SO RUN RUN RUN THEY DON'T LIKE TO FIX THINGS PROPERLY MY AIR CONDITION LEAKED FOR A WHOLE YEAR OHBYEAH AND TIER SELLING THE PROPERTY OF 2500Nw 9th Ave
Parita Properties is NOT a place that you want to rent from...especially in Wilton Manors!!! The property mgr is belligerent and NASTY!!! He is something from the gutter who seems to think that he can talk and treat people like he OWNS them. J a s o n is the name that when you hear it...RUN!!! TERRIBLE person!!!
They don’t return your deposit add all kinds of fees so they don’t have to return deposit
I will let you know that the property is filthy dirty and I was sick living there
