Piper Lofts at Crossroads Apartments

I just recently moved into Piper Lofts but have had the easiest and best experience possible! The property manager, April, is just amazing. I go downstairs just to say hi and chat with her. She is always so friendly and has been since day one. She is there for whatever I need and is always so responsive even in the evenings when I have questions that may be silly. As a new resident and first time renter, it is so refreshing to always have a smiling face and someone who is always happy to see you. She is the absolute best and I hope she is at Piper Lofts for a long time 😊

Such a wonderful apartment complex! I lived there under old management and when new management took over, and I gotta say the new management is stellar. I noticed how they improved everything and it really made me wish I could stay. They added a cute little dog park, a doggy washing station, Thursday drinks, better doors, instructions on how to get the leasing office, really awesome new blinds in all the apartments, I could go on. I can tell they really care, which I appreciate. Even in one instance where I sent some grumpy emails to April because of some miscommunication on things, April responded back kindly. I can tell they care about the tenants and want to take care of them. That alone is worth living here for. Sad to leave. If you can afford here, I’d say it’s a great place to live!

The Charcuterie and Wine party was great. Everyone was having a great time meeting others in the building. As always, April was a great hostess for this event. Can’t wait to see what events are coming up. Thank you for events where tenants can come together.

I am coming up on my year since moving into to Piper and I don't think I can even express how grateful I am to have found this home! One of the hardest things about finding a place in KC that checked out all my boxes was finding a place that would accept my sweet 10 year old French Mastiff. Because of his size and breed most places don't give him a chance with their weight and breed restrictions. He is a gentle giant and has LOVED his home here at Piper. Whenever I take him for a walk he always pulls me right to the office because he knows his pal, Tiffany, will be there waiting for him with lots of treats! I’ve had an exceptional experience securing a new apartment with the help of London and Dakota on the Piper Lofts team. They went out of their way to expedite my showing and were in constant contact with me to help me through the approval process. They genuinely put in a lot of effort and that really influenced my decision to move into Piper Lofts. The building itself looks great, has new finishes, and truly cool views. I look forward to moving in there shortly.
