Pioneer West Realty

My experience so far with Pioneer West Realty has been top notch. I recently found myself unexpectedly needing to move. I found the place I wanted to look at and Pioneer West made things go so quick and smoothly. I love that they have an online application process and portal. Cheryl, in the office, is fabulous. I met Shawn briefly and he took care of my questions and was very kind.

It must be said that Pioneer West Realty is by far the best experience I have had renting. The realty management are amazing to work with and it all starts with Cheryl. She is on top of things and she gets things done is experienced and knows how to get things done when getting everything handled for the rental property. On move in day we had the wrong set of keys and she drove to me to make sure all was well and she got things taken care of. She helped me get an account open for my place and made sure the place was taken care of and spotless. I appreciate them and look forward to living there. This is a great place to rent from you won’t regret it.

Shawn was my landlord for many years. When the person that I was renting from decided to switch companies I stayed where Shawn went. He was always super polite, respectful and very personable. If something needed to get fixed in my rental he would always get back to me in a timely manner. It is not easy to find good people that can be trusted as a landlord. While I was with Pioneer Realty Shawn was really great and I have nothing but good things to say about him.

Pioneer west realty went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and were very understanding when we had some hiccups through our move in process. Cheryl was amazing in keeping us updated and making sure we got into a beautiful home ! Don’t hesitate to work with pioneer west realty !

We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Cheryl from pioneer west realty. She’s been there 24/7 to help us even on her days off she came to our rescue. She helped us get everything in order with no stress! I couldn’t recommend pioneer west realty enough!
