Pioneer Title Co

Lost my reconveyance of title for home. Wouldn't send a new one or pay for certified copy from the county. Told me too bad. I don't understand why it wasn't mailed in a trackable way as it is an important document.

Beware of Pioneer Title. They will NOT tell married couples that are signing on their new home as joint owners, that their warranty deed they are signing does NOT state with "right of survivorship" which means when, or if one spouse dies the other automatically can inherit the property. My husband just passed away a few weeks ago. We bought this house via Pioneer Title in 2017. The warranty deed only states both our names, husband and wife. If it doesn't say with "right of survivorship" after this then when your spouse passes away you will have to hire a lawyer and do probate just to get your property in your name or to be able to sell it down the road. A Sam Skinner there replied with the following: Here is your vesting deed. I wanted to elaborate that it is out of our realm as the title
