Pinnacle Village Apartments

I have been a resident for about 12 years. Over the years I have developed a relationship with the management. The office manager Ms McPherson is professional yet polite and extremely friendly. Miss Maria is also friendly and funny. The maintenance staff over the years have been exceptional always prompt in repairs. The newest maintenance crew worked at an issue I encountered with my AC until he figured it out. Living at Pinnacle Village is a joy. I love coming home.

I recently had the opportunity to interact with Maria as my property manager, and I regret to say that my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, her unprofessional behavior and disrespectful attitude were evident. Firstly, Maria consistently displayed a dismissive attitude towards my concerns. Whenever I approached her with an issue or a request for maintenance, she failed to address it promptly or effectively. It was frustrating to have my concerns ignored or brushed aside, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported as a tenant. Moreover, what troubled me the most was the hostile environment she created. If I could give management zero stars I would. I just spoke with Loxene to simply get some information. First of all, I couldn't get a word in between her yelling in my ear and over- talking me. I've never met a more rude, contentious and unprofessional person in my life. Her tone and disposition is not appropriate for this line of work. It's called customer service, and that's something I have yet to experience from either Maria or Loxene. Their attitude alone would prevent potential applicants from applying to such a beautiful community. Ladies, since the majority of the reviews are stating that you'll are rude. Pinnacle Village is the best place I’ve lived. The community is definitely the place to grow and raise a family. The community is well kept and always looks beautiful and all the monthly maintenances are done on time. I really enjoy living here with my family. I really love the staff also. From Ms. Loxene and Maria at the at the front office to the maintenance staff. This is my honest opinion from a genuine experience being a resident at Pinnacle Village. This is a gem here in Pompano Beach.

Pinnacle Village is the worst apartment complex in America. The manager Loxene is even worse she doesn’t know how to speak to the tenants, she is beyond rude and none caring at no point has she ever showed any type of professionalism or good customer service. Not to mention this complex does not offer any kind of guest parking so good luck moving in and trying to have company over. Guest are made to park in a unsafe field across the highway from the complex with no liability. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would! 0/10 I do not recommend moving in. By the way the “black women” the others are mentioning below is “LOXENE”!!
