We worked with this pinnacle title location for our refinance. About three weeks before closing, we had received quotes from a few title agencies and decided to go with this location. Three days before closing, they raise their rates by over $500, And would not honor our original quote. After speaking with one of our real estate friends, It sounds like that’s to be expected from Pinnacle. If you were shopping around or your agent, suggest this company make sure to thoroughly review your closing docs.
