The property manager Jannet is amazing. Great customer service. Always had an answer to any and all of my questions. Always provided clear instructions of where everything is located so there was never any confusion. The place is kept clean and organized. Over all my visit was very sweet and informative. Thank you Jannet and the team for all the warm welcomes!

My father lives in Pinnacle Palms and I really recommend them. The property manager Janet and her assistant Yuly are the best. They are so profesional and they really care for the residents there. I love this community dont miss the opportunity to visit and to rent there. Those ladies are AMAZING.

I wanted to share my experience and the kindness of the office staff in helping to process my application. They were great in providing me with all of the information I needed to apply for the apartment. I especially appreciated the help in setting up my tenant portal, which helps to pay my rent on time. And showing me how the call box works and the key pad. Overall I love my apartment. It's clean and cozy. I also want to mention the maintenance workers, I always see them cleaning or mopping the hallways and working hard to keep everything looking and smelling so nice.
