Pinnacle on the Park

After a decade in Point Loma and Coronado, we decided to try living atop a building with an unmatched view and amenities downtown. Everyone said I was crazy to move my family of 5 downtown. The reviews often cited elevator issues, delays in repairs, parking issues, poor management, and more. Thanks to Patrick’s help negotiating the lease, and Armando and Gabriel’s support at move-in and on a day to day basis, and Jovan’s help with any contractual edits along the way, this place has been outstanding. We needed new appliances, Wilson took care of those in the first 2 weeks. My family’s experience at the pinnacle has far exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier here. I often ride the elevator solo as if I have my own dedicated to my family and I, and everyone we’ve met here

I’ve lived here for about 4 years and hands down my favorite part about living here is the friendly staff that become like family. It’s nice seeing familiar faces every day that are always welcoming and cheerful. Whenever my apartment needs repairs or TLC, Wilson is by far the number one man to the rescue every time. From easy fixes to more complex ones, Wilson tackles them quickly and gets everything working like new again. Wilson has also helped me learn some new handy skills in the process as he’s always friendly and informative. Attached my favorite view in my apartment - the sunrise and sunset!

So far in my 11 months of living here I have felt very accommodated. Any time I have a maintenance issue, Darrel or Wilson help me right away. Both have spent time and energy making sure they leave my apartment with everything good as new. Both are kind and hard working. Natalie Flores from leasing is wonderful, she is so friendly and helped me immediately with an issue I was having regarding accidentally overpaying for parking. She credited my account without me having to ask. I felt very heard and needless to say I renewed my lease. I love my apartment and I love my view. Thanks for being my home ❤️

Lived here for like 3 years and we love it! Lots of dogs around with a dog park near us so it can smell like urine outside, but if that doesn't bother you it's a great place to live. Maintainance men are great and hardworking, a bit understaffed. Things will get done but sometimes there's a wait. Front desk workers are always nice helpful. The gym is great, a bit too small for the amount of residents that live here. Just don't go on peak hours. Pool/hot tub is decent. Mail room for packages has room for improvement. I'm glad the Amazon hub exist cuz i don't worry as much when my packages are stored there. There are ups and downs but overall a decent place to love

Bobby at the front desk is amazing. He’s always friendly, welcoming, and goes out of his way to make everyone feel at home. Whether it’s opening the door, greeting residents by name, or just bringing positive energy to the building, he truly goes above and beyond. People like Bobby make a huge difference in a community!
