Pinnacle Living at Forts Ferry

Loved living here for a year until the new management took over October 1. Since then our services have been dramatically reduced while rents are being collected consistently. Our pool has been closed since early October. We are told it won't open for 6 more weeks. Our breakfast program had been reduced from 7 to 5 days a week while the owner is continuing to collect full rent! Addendum: The UPM has responded to our concerns. We had a meeting with a VP. We were assured that our pool, when repaired, will be open 24/7, and that our guests will be allowed to use it. Two new staff were added to the office team. A free Thanksgiving feast is offered. I love Pinnacle Living! The staff is friendly and always go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They plan so many events that keep the community engaged and social. The residents here are welcoming and kind!

Very beautiful adult living apartments where I visit my friend (who is more like family) often! She moved to this location because it was very accommodating and had all the perks that any senior or elderly adult would love but lately hasn't been as accommodating. Pinnacle Living in Latham has closed their Spa. Two hairdressers and facialist left two months ago. Tenants used to get good service at a discount. Now they go elsewhere (which isn't easy to get around to) and pay more!

I moved into this residence two weeks ago from a different residence that was very cold and cliquey. I am making friends here. The staff is very attentive. To top it off the landscaping is beautiful. i would recommend this for a new home for seniors.
