DO NOT USE!!! They are the WORST I have ever dealt with! Will not answer the phone! Will do call you back! Will not address issues!!! I own 68 properties of my own in another town and they DO NOT like when I tell them I know what I am doing! They don’t even deserve a 1 star! Should be -100 stars! My daughter moved into a property that was not ready to be moved into and I was told it was my responsibility to tell them what needed to be fixed! No it doesn’t work that way! Just AWFUL!!! Stay away!

DO NOT USE PINNACLE TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. My husband and I used Pinnacle for 2 years. They neglected our property and allowed the tenants to destroy our home. They never once reported the damages made when maintenance came in to do repairs. They only ever checked on the home after we called at bothered them several times. Please do not use them and rent out privately.

Wish I could give them a negative 5 stars!!! I have lived in the same residence for 18yrs. Until Pinnacle group took over. I had no problems with my property management. Getting things fixed was never a problem. And they don't talk to people like they should. Since they have taken over its been terrible. This is not a good company. Very unhappy at my residence because of this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I lived in a house managed by pinnacle for a year. They take advantage of college student’s lack of experience about renting to get away with neglecting serious life safety issues. This is just one of the issues I had with them. They refused to replace this lock that had an exterior deadbolt lock on the inside. This means to exit the multi-tenant building you must have a key. This is a violation of fire egress and extremely dangerous. They refused to fix it and I ended up having to fix it myself without reimbursement. I also had squirrels in the walls of my apartment that they refused to do anything about. I own a 4 plex that shares a driveway with a property this company manages. The tenants have no respect for neighbors and management could care less.
