Pinnacle Estates

I was considering renting at this apartment complex, so I drove over several times to check out the neighborhood and get a feel for the property before making a decision. Unfortunately, what I saw completely changed my mind. The grounds were not well maintained at all. There was trash scattered on the lawns and along the side of the road, including a used tampon applicator and tuna cans, which was pretty shocking to see around a place that is supposed to be maintained for residents. There was also an overflowing garbage can near the outdoor area. On top of that, there was a large pump running next to the pool that made the entire area smell like sewage water, which made the whole place unpleasant to be around. Lenor and the maintenance team are fantastic. They addressed all issues while living here. 4/5 stars because there was a coach roach problem in our unit however I understand it is an older building. Overall great experience living here.

Lenoir the apartment manager, explain everything about the apartment, lease, security deposit and all the features of the apartment and I thought he did a great job.

Love this property! Truly feels like home! Maintenance people r great.

My review is strictly for the property manager, Lenor, as we have not moved in yet. He was so helpful, he showed us 3 apartments and answered every question. He is basically the reason we chose Pinnacle Estates plus their garage/storage units. I’ll add to this once we’ve moved in.
