Beautiful units however layout of hvac on 3rd floor does not accommodate 2nd floor so temperature differentials.Garages are nice and limit car break- ins. Lived there over a decade and biggest issue was neighbors breaking bylaws by airbnb-ing unit on weekly basis. Got resolved but many years of misery of strangers and airbnb-ers in the community with no knowledge of any rules. ***Worst issue - very thin walls built made for little privacy and unwanted noise.Many little streets between buildings and lots of inner community traffic with loud motors heard when inside. You can hear everything from people talking outside to every passing vehicle and loud trucks. If you buy unit, big disappointment.

well kept, easy acces to the designated areas for dogs to take care of their business and friendly guards at the check in
