Pinewood Park Apartments

I really love it here, too bad I’m moving closer to work, but this is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to stay! Neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Staff on pinewood is very responsive on any situation about the apartment And surroundings. All appliances are in good condition , water and electricity hvac system has never an issue. Affordable and it has a gym and a pool. If I would go back and live around Kissimmee again. This would be my choice. Thank you Pinewood Apt. for a peaceful experience. Unfortunately this was a last minute decision on my end as in looking for a new home for myself and partner. If I could give zero stars I would. The communication is BELOW STANDARD. The office staff barely answer the phone. The community itself is rather noisy and violent. They have pest/rodent problems including roaches, ants and possums. Both of our cars were broken into and things of high value were stolen. The kids from the school and or community DESTROY your home. And overall it just wasn’t a good experience. Break-ins, shoot-outs and theft. We couldn’t take it anymore & terminated the lease early. Just for them to tell us “We’re sorry this happened to you”. PITIFUL! Thanks to Pinewood Park Apartments for having the best property manager I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Miriam is always professional and makes sure issues or concerns are attended to in a timely manner. Maintenance team is on point. If you're looking to rent and Miriam Gutierrez is working there, look no further! If she's gone, find out where she went and rent there. Yes, she's that good. There's also a girl in the office that is always helpful, I think her name is Shady. Hands down a great team and place to live. Thank you!

Its very eco friedly, disciplined, organized environment here at Pindale drive appartments. The forest behind the bugalows, add a natural beauty, where the chirping of birds is ever heard. The greenary, all around attracts the residants and the visitors.
