Has black mold and the security guard is nosie and will make ur life hell if he don't like u . He lies and the cameras don't work there are roaches everywhere and the property manager Violet Palmer does nothing to help the residents when you file complaints are you trying to get ahold of her in any way shape or form and if she decides that she doesn't want to talk to you she blocks you .

horrible place to rent, they keep highering the rent and say because of what utilities we have. Theres roaches everywhere they constantly shut down water pipes. Great if you’re alone but would not recommend for a family.

Please check with Management before lease this apartment because you will get nothing from security deposit . I have really bad experience for carpet cleaning norms ,They gave you written all information and they will not charge for carpet cleaning after two years. but still they will give you excuse for charges like: Charged the money for carpet cleaning as this clean was much more than normal wear and tear, there was a burn mark and heavy oily type dirt.

Lived there for 5 years. Good place and good neighbors. The new manager Velvet Palmer is the best

I like this Apartment but not so much, positive side is pretty big room, Open. Good location.For small family it’s ok, if you consider high rent, poor management, cheap fittings .
