Pines of Lanier

I’ve been here for two years and I absolutely love the community the property love my apartment! The pines of Lanier is not just a place to stay its home to me. Very Quite and Peaceful Ken Turner the Maintenance Support is very helpful taking care of all of ur needs for your Apartment inside and out, and when it comes to the apartment manager Lindsay Tehonica well she is the best going above and beyond to make your living there Comfortable. I would recommend The Pines Of Lanier to any friend, or relative.

The best experience for my first apartment that I could have asked for! Lindsay made the application process very simple, smooth, and as quick as possible. She has kept me informed and she always has a smile when I talk to her. Ken and Charles are an AMAZING maintenance team and handled a plumbing emergency EXTREMELY quickly and with unmatched gentleness. Charles and my dog absolutely love getting to see each other and Ken has always treated me with pure kindness! The VIBES! This is more than an apartment complex hidden in the fast-paced chaos of Gainesville, this a community of good hearted neighbors looking out for each other.

First, one of the easiest places to get accepted and approved quick,fast and in a hurry. Me and my husband got approved same day and got the keys the same day…. The front office people are amazing and super sweet, the man who always picks up trash will make your day. They cut the grass very often and have beautiful plants in the front,neighbors are nice and friendly. No problems here just peace with beautiful trees.

A great stepping stone living place for people who need a place to live and to get accepted easily and fast. The maintenance people are very nice as well and the landlord works well managing the place. The apartment property is under going renovations which is pretty nice too.

My experience with the staff has been amazing, the complex is very clean…it looks as if the pool is getting ready to be cleaned and opened for use, soon!! Very peaceful,serene and quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect to get to work, stores, restaurants, church and wherever you may need to go!! I highly recommend Pine Cove Apartments based on my experience.
