Rude and extremely disrespectful property manager on site! Dare I say he displayed racism! As a vendor delivering for maintenance/workers onsite, this man was rude walking out the door. I’m talking about pointing fingers, cursing, even walked up in the other workers face “you do what I say do, I’m in charge around here!” I can only imagine what the tenants and their guess go through. I wouldn’t want to live where a man like this works!

Love my apartment. Plenty of space for all my belongings. Updated HVAC system. Short walk to the laundry mat. When I have a repair or issue with the unit I fill out work order and the problem is corrected in a timely matter. Dave and Justine are great friendly people who always have an answer to my questions. Never want to move. Can't beat the price either! The rent fits the unit. These buildings were build many years ago so you have to expect some wear and tear. All in all very satisfied tenant. Thank you

I really wanted to stay long-term at this apartment. But there are so many things that's wrong. Mildew growing on the windows, everything is old and chipping off, they also raised our rent twice in the same year. These apartments are so old with very high rent.

The people who run this place suck. They will not do anything about much of any of the problems that occur especially with out "proof". They close the office early so if you don't pay rent before the 5th you are basically out of luck and will get fined for being late which doesn't help if you don't get paid till the 5th. They sit in the office and just tell you sorry nothing I can do about that when you go to complain about anything. Which there is a lot to complain about since most people here dont do what they are supposed to like watch there children when the kids are out playing so all the kids think they can do basically anything that they want because no one is out watching them. So in turn it falls on you to go tell the kids to stop what they are doing all cause they parents won't d
